Why aren't my LinkedIn posts generating any leads even though they get a lot of views?

High view counts are a vanity metric showing algorithmic reach, not buying intent. Leads come from a clear CTA, the right audience targeting, and a lead magnet, not from views alone. Without those three elements, even a viral post just gets liked and scrolled past.
