Why do my LinkedIn posts get lots of views but generate no leads at all?

High view counts don't equal leads because LinkedIn's algorithm rewards broad engagement, not buying intent. If your posts lack a clear next step, a lead magnet, or specific expertise positioning, thousands of views will convert to zero pipeline. Reach and revenue are different games.
